Once we receive your application, we will invite you for a short screening/interview to get to know you better to see if you are a fit for that position.
Computer Skills Class (optional)
Optional: If you don't have basic computer skills, you may attend a basic computer skills class. Check our calendar for a list of available classes.
Attend Continental's Pre-Hire Training (approximately 15 hours total online and in-class).
Go on a plant tour. Check our calendar for tour dates.
If you are selected to move forward, you will be invited for an interview with Continental management members.
If you are selected, you will be presented with a job offer.
The job offer is contingent upon a successful background and drug test.
If you accept a job you will attend a 40 hour post-hire training after you become an official Continental employee.
