Continental has wages and compensation packages that exceed the average of our local markets with a strong “pay for performance” philosophy exemplified by our generous Variable Compensation program. All employees receive an annual payout based on financial performance of the business unit as well as individual contribution to the location performance metrics.
We offer a substantial benefits package including varying levels of medical, dental, vision and life insurance packages as selected by each employee based on their individual needs and situations.
